30-day returns
Contact us within 30 calendar days of receiving your item to request a return. For a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging. Decorative stems and props shown in photographs are not included with products.
Request a return
Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. If the order number is unavailable, provide proof of purchase so we can help identify it. Obtain return authorization before sending your item. The authorized return address is quintekso, 176 Rue Des Albizzias, 64300 Sault-de-Navailles, France.
Return shipping and fees
We cover return shipping for our errors, damaged products or defective products. For change-of-mind returns, you pay return shipping to our address in France. There is no restocking fee.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Please contact us with details of the issue; photographs can help us assess it. We will discuss a replacement or refund and arrange the appropriate return at our expense. The unused-item and original-packaging conditions for ordinary returns do not prevent a claim for damage, defects or an incorrect item.
Refunds
Once a refund is approved, the amount will be automatically returned to the original payment account within 10 calendar days. Contact us if you need assistance. This policy does not limit any mandatory rights that apply to your purchase.
